Landlords Fees and Service

Full management means the finding and vetting of tenants, plus looking after the property once the tenancy has been established. The industry benchmark fee for full management is 14.5% + VAT. We have however established an incentive scheme that enables long-term landlords, even those with just one property, to benefit from being loyal to Samuel James as their agent.

We take 10% + VAT per annum for Full Management, 7% + VAT per annum for Let Only and 8.5% + VAT per annum for Rent Collection. A full quotation will be provided on request.
